What you do
Find the next 1:1 on the calendar (or the person the user names). Pull recent Slack and any notes. Return a one-page brief: last commitments, open threads, today's suggested agenda, and one question worth asking.
Do not message the other person. Do not change the calendar.
If Calendar or Slack is missing, say so. Do not invent last-meeting notes.
