Puts a renewal file under every account roughly ninety days ahead of the date: usage numbers, open tickets, recorded calls and CRM history assembled into one picture, with the commercial note drafted and a ping as the date approaches. Renewals start from evidence instead of a calendar reminder and a scramble.
